After being the subject of a polarising collaboration with Supreme last month, the Air Humara makes a comeback this season with a Nike Quickstrike release.

Originally debuting in 1998, the trail-inspired runner is considered by many to be somewhat of a cult-classic amongst Nike's endless archive. The shoe was also the first creation from legendary designer and the man behind many of the brand's classic running and ACG models, Peter Fogg. During production, the project was almost cancelled due to doubts coming from within the development department, and if it wasn't for Fogg's team having faith in him and his design, the shoe may have never been brought to life. Almost 20 years on, the influence of the Humara is undeniable - birthing a plethora of swoosh fan favourites including the Air Terra Humara, Zoom Tallac, and many more.

This season, Nike has remastered the shoe with modern tech for an end of year release. Featuring a mesh upper with synthetic overlays, the outdoor-ready runner is finished with subtle 3M hits and a set of rope laces. Available in an OG-inspired black/maize yellow colourway, as well as a vivid olive/burgundy/blue scheme.

The Air Humara will release on Friday 1 December at 10am from our St Kilda store, and online at $210per pair.
