Returns and Exchanges
Any item purchased through Primeonline.com.au can be exchanged or refunded if returned within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Items returned after this period will not be accepted. Online orders can be returned for an exchange at any Prime Store.
- Please ensure you return the item within 14 days of receipt for any change of mind exchange/return.
- Please ensure the goods are unused in original condition/packaging, tags attached and accompanied with a receipt for any change of mind/return.
- Prime will not be held responsible for any packages we do not ship ourselves; the customer must pay for shipping costs.
- Please email us to let us know you will be exchanging the item at email@example.com
This will be processed as soon as possible; we will inform you once your return has been processed.
Any exchange/return for change of mind will be processed within 5 working days.
Any faulty items being returned will be processed within 10 working days.
Sale items are not eligible for refund or credit.

Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 10 working days of receipt.
If the item is faulty we will refund to you the cost of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.
