Any item purchased through www.primeonline.com.au can be exchanged if returned within 14 days of the original date of purchase.
Shipping costs for exchanges will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs on exchanged goods are at the purchaser’s expense.
Items returned after this period will not be accepted. Online orders can be returned for an exchange at any Prime Store.
- Please ensure you return the item within 14 days of receipt for any change of mind exchange/return.
- Please ensure the goods are unused in original condition/packaging, tags attached and accompanied with a receipt for any change of mind/return.
- Prime will not be held responsible for any packages we do not ship ourselves, and the customer must pay for shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any items purchased through our store, or through Primeonline.com.au.
This will be processed as soon as possible; we will inform you once your return has been processed.
Any exchange/return for change of mind will be processed within 5 working days.
Any faulty items being returned will be processed within 10 working days.
Sale items are not eligible for refund or credit due to change of mind.
Faulty Items

Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 10 working days of receipt.
If the item is faulty we will refund to you the cost of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.
All purchases made in-store or online are made and bound by the above store policies.
